Cancellation terms

  • Monthly plan: ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month and stops subsequent renewals.
  • Annual plan: the fixed 12-month term ends automatically and does not renew. The form remains available for extraordinary cancellation.
  • Good cause: statutory rights to terminate immediately remain unaffected.

Selecting “Confirm cancellation” sends the binding cancellation declaration. OrangeScope immediately records the declaration and requested end, displays a timestamped receipt, and sends a confirmation to the supplied email address on a durable medium. OrangeScope verifies the contract and confirms the effective contractual end date separately. You may alternatively send an unequivocal declaration by email to info@orangescope.de or by post to the provider address above.
