OrangeScope provides subscription-based, standardized Bitcoin market data, quantitative indicators, historical model signals, and scenario analysis. Output is the same for every user of the same plan and is not adapted to an individual's finances, portfolio, objectives, experience, or risk tolerance.
OrangeScope does not receive or transmit orders, execute or arrange transactions, connect to exchange accounts, manage portfolios, hold customer money, or custody or transfer crypto-assets. OrangeScope is not authorised as a crypto-asset service provider and is not supervised by BaFin for the provision of the OrangeScope analytics service. Its operating model is limited accordingly. The nature and substance of the service—not this statement alone—determine its regulatory treatment.

Consumer dispute resolution
OrangeScope is not willing and is not obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Consumers may contact OrangeScope first at info@orangescope.de. Statutory rights and access to the courts remain unaffected.
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore not linked.
