Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise this right, inform Sebastian Ehrig, trading as OrangeScope, Rosenthaler Str. 72a, 10119 Berlin, Germany, email info@orangescope.de, of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may use a letter or an email. Sending the declaration before the deadline is sufficient.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, OrangeScope shall reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after being informed. Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not incur reimbursement fees.
If you requested that service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the service already provided up to your declaration compared with the full contract, provided the statutory requirements are met. Requesting immediate access does not by itself remove the withdrawal right.
